Meet Basic Science Faculty
As the basic sciences are being completed the students are moving into the applied sciences of anesthesia. These include Anesthesia Pharmacology, the Basic Principles of Anesthesia as well as Advanced Principles of Nurse Anesthesia I, II, and III.
It is through these courses that the students learn to integrate the declarative knowledge with procedural knowledge. Case-based instruction is used to demonstrate and apply anesthetic principles in our state-of-the-art anesthesia simulation lab.
